Survival skills for the hybrid workplace.  The world of work has changed dramatically and we're all learning how to work in the new mix of remote and in person.  This session will cover the essential skills for navigating the new hybrid ways of working, including setting boundaries in the 'always on' hybrid office, working well in remote teams, staying visible when your work is harder for your manager to see and knowing when being 'in person' still counts.

What the session covers:

Setting boundaries and managing your workload in the 'always on' hybrid office

Understanding different working patterns in a hybrid team

What you need to do for effective hybrid meetings

Getting things done in the hybrid environment

Staying visible, building your personal credibility and progressing your career when your work is harder for your manager to see

Knowing when 'in person' is necessary and how to get value out of relationships
