During term time, come along to free drop-in meditation and discussion sessions for University of Kent students on Wednesdays at 1pm.
These sessions are an hour long and involve an introduction to the week’s theme, a guided meditation led by our mindfulness instructor Lorraine, and opportunities for discussion of what we noticed in the practice.
All students are warmly welcomed, so please come along when you can!
