SharePoint provides a secure location to store, organise, share, and access information. Used widely across the University, the software offers a user-friendly platform to quickly find information and to store, share and collaborate on documents. SharePoint allows you to create lists and databases, task lists and timelines, and to build forms and simple web pages (SharePoint data can be integrated with the University website). You can also participate in discussion boards and read newsfeed announcements. Content on SharePoint can be accessed on any device with a web browser (without the VPN).
