It’s Time to Talk Day on Thursday 2 February 2023: a chance for all of us to be more open about mental health – to talk, to listen, to change lives. #TimeToTalk
Join Kent Union on Thursday 2nd February between 11:00 - 14:00 in Nexus in the library.
There will have free tea and coffee. Porchlight, the homeless charity, will be providing us with rock painting and affirmation postcards. Nightline, Kent Union's non-judgmental listening service for students, will be there too and you can find out more information about how to get involved in volunteering. Kent Mind Society will also be there doing colouring and crafts.
The Kent Union Sabbatical Officer team will be there to collect your thoughts and feelings regarding the mental health services at the University of Kent as part of the University Mental Health Charter - Student Submission.
