Overview

Step into a world of opportunity with this co-curricular module, where you'll develop essential leadership skills that are vital for thriving in today's interconnected world. You'll focus on global leadership and citizenship, and CQ (Cultural Intelligence), gaining hands-on experience planning and executing globally-focused projects and events that benefit our diverse university community.
You'll attend training workshops on topics like intercultural communication, sustainability, and leadership in a global context. You’ll also join the core organising committee for events such as Global Hangouts and WorldFest. Throughout the module you’ll be encouraged to research CQ and EQ (Emotional Intelligence) and regularly reflect on your progress in these areas, mapping out how to apply your global skillset after graduation.
You’ll be one of our 'Global Officers’ during the module and can join the team from Autumn through to Summer, although this is not a requirement of the module.
