This programme provides you with knowledge and skills that are likely to appeal to potential employers in the social and health care sectors, for example, the NHS, local authority adults' and children's services, and the growing voluntary and private social and health care sector. You may wish to work directly with users of services – such as children and families, older people and those with disabilities or mental health problems. Alternatively, there are many opportunities in areas such as management, research or policy.
