Kate is a PhD student interested in the funding of voluntary sector organisations involved in the provision of public services. In her research she seeks to explore and understand the commissioning and funding of Specialist Voluntary Sector Sexual Violence (SVSSV) services in England and Wales. Kate recently completed an MA in Philanthropic Studies at Kent University. Outside of her studies she is the founding Chair of Trustees of Survivors in Transition a specialist provider of sexual violence support services to people in Suffolk and Norfolk.
