As Head of Graduate and Researcher College (GRC) Operations, Rebecca leads a cross-functional team responsible for postgraduate research (PGR) administration and quality assurance, training and development, and external partnerships. 
She collaborates closely with the Director of the GRC to shape and deliver the University of Kent’s strategic vision for postgraduate research.
