Share your screen with IT staff

  • Allows staff to remotely view, diagnose and fix IT problems.
  • Works on PCs, tablets and phones: Mac, iOS, Windows, Windows Mobile, Android, BlackBerry and Symbian.
  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (at other times, log in to see if staff are available).

Tick if a member of staff is expecting you to connect.
- a file will download: choose Run/Open if prompted.

When finished, click Disconnect (bottom right of the chat window) to close the connection and remove the program.
