Jason and Wayne Wheeler, Maintenance Team
The nomination was received from Beverley Braiden in Customer Services for the response provided to the failed boilers in Park Wood houses in the lead up to Christmas. Beverley commented that Wayne and Jason, are both conscientious and professional, regularly performing above and beyond to provide an exceptional customer service, together with exemplary communication skills. As a result, the Customer Service Team are able to provide the level of service required to customers.
In recognition of the award, Wayne and Jason each received a £75 top up to their Kent One cards. Trevor Pereira, Director of Commercial Services and Estates presented the certificates on Wednesday 1 March 2023.
