The nomination was received from Rob Twyman in Central HR and supported by Ian White, Production Supervisor.
During the production of the materials for the PensionPlus communications the information in the documents was constantly changing due to the number of stakeholders involved. Neil was recognised as being courteous and patient and incredibly prompt when responding to queries.
