Dr Miao Liao

Dr. Miao Liao is a post-doc researcher in Chinese Academy of Science and Technology for Development (CASTED). She holds a PhD in philosopy of science and technology, and a BA in philosophy. She has been involved in a number of international projects on socio-technical integration, ethics of science and technology, responsible research and innovation. Her research interests are ethical, legal and social issues of emerging technologies, responsible research and innovation, technology assessment.
She currently leads the creation of the China Educational Module Resource, a key deliverable to this ESRC project.
