New or replacement ID cards

If you have lost your card, please inform the Estates Customer Services Centre immediately.

Canterbury Campus

Staff who require a new or replacement card should contact their Departmental Administrator, or complete the KentOne Staff ID Card Request form. 

Students should inform Student Records in the Registry Building, who will make arrangements for a new card to be issued. (In the majority of cases there is a fee for each replacement card issued)

Medway Campus

Staff who require a new or replacement card should complete a 'New ID Request form' and email it to cardaccessadmin@kent.ac.uk

Students should visit the Medway Building Reception to request a new card. (In the majority of cases there is a fee for each replacement card issued)

Please note:

New cards are issued with Library entrance access only. If you require access to any other areas, please complete the card activations form.

Replacement cards are issued with the same level of access as the original card. You do not need to submit requests for building access you previously had.
