Thursday 23rd May 2013 - Planned Maintenance
07:00-07:30 Machines using WWWCACHE.KENT.AC.UK may not be able to access the internet at this time.
20:00-22:00 There may be a brief interruption to connections to/from campus due to network reslience testing by our network provider.
Saturday/Sunday 15/16th June 2013 - Planned Maintenance
09:00-17:00 NETWORK - RUTHERFORD college, extension, and annexe, DARWIN college, houses, TYLER courts and SENATE network will be interrupted on Saturday 15th June. We will aim to delay the start of the interruption until 9:30am or a bit later if possible. It may be necessary to delay the work for Rutherford annexe until Sunday 16th if there isn’t time to finish it on the Saturday, this will only affect connections in Rutherford annexe. We hope that we can re-connect networking to most locations well before 5pm.
Thursday 20th June - Planned Maintenance
08:00-10:00 Footprints (http://support.kent.ac.uk) will be unavailable during this period while it is upgraded. There will be a delay in responding to email queries sent to helpdesk@kent.ac.uk while this occurs and it won't be possible to view your tickets online. If you need urgent help ring the IT Service Desk on x4888.
