Tuesday 28th May 2013 - Planned Maintenance

ALL DAY: Templeman Library services, including document delivery will be interrupted: details http://blogs.kent.ac.uk/isnews/library-catalogue-system-work-tuesday-28-may/ VOYAGER will be unavailable to IS staff due to the above listed work.

You will still be able to:

• search the Library catalogue and see classmarks and locations

• access e-books and e-journals via the catalogue

• borrow books from the Loan Desk only

• return books to the return point in the Welcome Hall

You will not be able to:

• login to the Library account

• see item availability information

• use self-service machines

• pay fines

• place recall, document delivery or intersite loan requests

• borrow Library laptops (the netbook service is not affected)

08:00-10:00 PAPERCUT (http://printing.kent.ac.uk) will be unavailable during this period while it is upgraded. If you are unable to print, please try again later in the morning.

08:00-11:00 Student online Forgotten Password and new student Claim IT Account services will be unavailable due to updates.


Wednesday 29th May 2013 - Planned Maintenance

Thursday 6th June 2013 - Planned Maintenance

08:00-09:00 MOODLE.kent.ac.uk will be unavailable for around 10 minutes.


Saturday/Sunday 15/16th June 2013 - Planned Maintenance

09:00-17:00 NETWORK - RUTHERFORD college, extension, and annexe, DARWIN college, houses, TYLER courts and SENATE network will be interrupted on Saturday 15th June. We will aim to delay the start of the interruption until 9:30am or a bit later if possible. It may be necessary to delay the work for Rutherford annexe until Sunday 16th if there isn’t time to finish it on the Saturday, this will only affect connections in Rutherford annexe. We hope that we can re-connect networking to most locations well before 5pm.


Thursday 20th June - Planned Maintenance

08:00-10:00 FOOTPRINTS (http://support.kent.ac.uk) will be unavailable during this period while it is upgraded. There will be a delay in responding to email queries sent to helpdesk@kent.ac.uk while this occurs and it won't be possible to view your tickets online. If you need urgent help ring the IT Service Desk on x4888.
