Chatham Historic Dockyard Development

The development consists of three projects.

  • A new home for Kent Business School at Medway from September 2015 in the newly refurbished Sail and Colour Loft, project value £1.7m.
  • A 316 seat lecture theatre and performance space in the Royal Dockyard Church conversion, project value £1m, completion September 2015.
  • A café and take-away service together with a performance space will be provided in the Galvanising Workshop in the Spring of 2016. Project value £1m.
