The conference programme has been designed to stimulate and inspire future collaboration and research-informed practice for the benefit of a new generation of cyclists.

The programme will include keynote lectures from international speakers, including a rider, Director Sportif Team Doctor, and a Sports Scientist from UCI Pro Tour teams.

Topics will include new directions in both research and applied practice within the area of elite cycling.

Delegates will also be able to discuss current knowledge and cutting-edge science behind performance cycling in a series of parallel symposia led by experts in their respective fields.

Experts include:

  • Sports scientists from UCI Pro Tour teams (Garmin-Sharp, Francais des Jeux, Movistar, Euskaltel Euskadi, and Omega Pharma Quickstep)
  • Team doctors
  • World-leading academics

More speakers will be announced in the coming weeks.
