Staff room bookings
Staff can book rooms through Timetabling or other offices as shown in the following table. Rooms booked must be accessible to everyone attending an event. It is the responsibility of the individual making the booking to ensure the suitability of the room.

Staff may make room bookings using the online booking form. For timetable changes it is required that communications go through your school administration team.

The business school rooms are for departmental use only.

The library training rooms are bookable via Outlook calendar.

Please email P.J.Geldard@kent.ac.uk in the first instance with any queries with regard to booking Chaplaincy affiliated spaces.
- Academic Division Office
The meeting rooms controlled by the Academic Division Office can be booked directly through Outlook calendar.
Timetabling Office can only take bookings for events outside regular teaching hours (evenings, weekends, Wednesday afternoons); for bookings within regular teaching hours please submit requests after the publication of the teaching timetable (two weeks before the start of term). Alternative venues which can be booked prior to this date include Darwin Conference suite, Darwin Board Room, the Senate committee rooms and Registry meeting rooms - see the full list above for booking information.
Off campus room options
If you can not get space on campus suitable to your requirements there are nearby external meeting rooms that you might be able to book. Be aware that there may be a charge for using these facilities.

The Franciscan Study Centre on Giles Lane has 25, 15 and 5 seat meeting rooms that are sometimes available for use. For contact details speak to the Timetabling office or Chaplaincy.
