Society bookings

Student society bookings for summer term open on Monday 25th March

During the exam period many University rooms are unavailable for student use. Please also be aware that many students will be studying and noise must be kept to a level that does not allow it to be heard an any adjacent area. There is no separate flat-floor space allocation for Summer Term - please use the standard booking form and use the notes field for any particular requests or preferences.

Student societies wishing to book centrally timetabled space for their events can make submissions using the student society booking form [1] from Monday 25th March for summer term dates. Access to the form is based on a list provided by the Student Activities Centre, if you don't have access and should do, please contact them.

All student society bookings are subject to the society terms and conditions [2].

Authorised members of a society can also access an online booking list [5] showing the bookings the society has made through the Timetabling office. The list updates overnight and does not show any outstanding or unconfirmed requests or any bookings made for space not controlled by the Timetabling office. This is a new feature this term, so please inform us if there are any bugs or issues with the page.
