Timetabling office contact form

Please use the contact form below to reach the Timetabling Office with your query if at all possible. Your query will be automatically delivered to the correct team depending on which campus you select in the drop-down box.

If you need to contact the Canterbury/Medway team direct, and prefer not to complete the form, please email us on timetabling@kent.ac.uk.. However, please be aware that this email address receives a very large volume of email each day so during busy times it may take a little longer to respond to you that it would if you used the contact form.

Please check if your query relates to any one of the following answers below before submitting a contact form:

8am slots: Classes which appear on the timetable at 8am are recorded and can be viewed at any time in Moodle. You are not expected to do this at any particular time of day and so do not represent a clash on your timetable. They are conveniently placed on your timetable to help you pace your studies through the week with other taught content.

Timetable clashes: See above about 8am slots. For clashes at other times please consult with your academic school.

Missing classes: Please note that some group allocations, mainly Level 3 and Level 7 modules, but also some Level 5 and 6 modules, are yet to be allocated. These will be released by 26th September or advised by your academic school. Some modules only have group events so may not yet appear on your timetable.

Changes to group allocations: Please consult with your academic school.

Ical feed: An Ical of your timetable is available. Please click here for more information.

Spring term queries: The timetable for spring is yet to be completed and is subject to change. It will be released later in the autumn term.

Teaching Staff Enquiries: If you are a member of teaching staff, please consult with your timetabling administration contact within your school. We are unable to deal with direct enquiries.

For other queries please see the Timetabling Office’s Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page.
