University Mental Health Day is led by UK student mental health charity Student Minds and is a day to encourage discussion around mental health and how students can be better supported.

Unwind with mindful colouring and ask questions about therapy and mindfulness to members of our Counselling Team in DG 01, Templeman Library.
Bring any houseplants that need some love and get advice from KentCOG at the Plaza. Plus, borrow gardening tools from their new tools library.
Head to Nexus for therapy dogs, mindful colouring and to get a free succulent plant! You can also speak to staff from Student Support and Wellbeing.
Kent Sport are offering 180 free spaces on fitness and dance classes to allow everyone within our community to join in exercise for free.
Come to the Oasis Lounge to talk with members of the SSW team, do some mindfulness activities, meet Tommy the therapy dog and a plant giveaway.
Enjoy a 15 minute massage or gel manicure at The Hub to help you relax.
Spend some time doing mindful colouring in the Drill Hall Library and chat with students and staff from the Library and Chaplaincy.
