Top tips to get active:

  • Find something you enjoy – this will help you stick at it. Luckily there’s a wide range of sports clubs you can join at Kent from sailing to skiing. There are also loads of classes at the Sports Centre and you get a discount as a student.
  • Join a team or exercise with others – being part of a group will help keep you motivated and it makes it more fun.
  • Make the most of travel time – not got time to exercise? Try walking or cycling to lectures. Check out the bike discounts and services available to Kent students.
