National Student Survey

The National Student Survey (NSS) gives you the opportunity to share your experiences of your time here at Kent – both what you liked and what you think could be improved.

About the survey

The survey is anonymous and will help us understand what you think about studying here so we can improve our student experience at Kent.  

It will run from 27 January until 30 April 2020. The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete. We recommend doing the survey as early as possible because Ipsos MORI, the independent research company who manage the survey, will continue to remind you until you complete it.

Am I eligible?

In most cases, final year undergraduates are eligible to take the National Student Survey. If you are eligible, you will have received an email from Ipsos MORI during the week commencing 27 January 2020

Why should I complete the NSS?

The NSS is a way to give your feedback about your experience of Kent. The NSS is designed to gather students’ views on key areas that matter to them. The results are made public through the Discover Uni website which allows prospective students to compare data about UK higher education courses.
