Find out what it is like to study Social Science at Kent

A taster day for those wanting to know more about the wide range of undergraduate programmes offered by Kent’s School of Social Policy, Sociology and Social Research. You will experience real lectures and have the opportunity to discuss your interests with our academic staff as well as to meet current students.

The event includes sample lectures in the subject areas offered by our School: Criminology, Cultural Studies and Media, Health and Social Care, Quantitative Research, Social Policy, and Sociology. Brunch will be provided.

Students walking

Please register for a place below. As we are aiming to offer students a chance to experience what it would be like to study their chosen subject, we are making the day a student only event. Any accompanying guests will be free to tour the campus or the city of Canterbury. The full programme for the day will be sent to you nearer the time.
