Burn calories, build CV fitness and strength on a stationary spinning bike. Instructors guide your resistance and develop your power through transitioning and different riding positions. A periodisation timetable denotes all class themes offering variety to challenge performance. Express Spin offers a shorter, more furious 30 min blast of cardio to start your day.

All classes are free to Gold and Silver Kent Sport members. You can book your class online, or visit the Sports Centre or Pavilion receptions where Gold and Silver members can book up to seven days in advance. You can use the self-service kiosk in reception or a member of staff can assist you. Bronze members can book classes up to three days in advance.

Please arrive and book in at least 20 minutes before your class start time. Late entry to classes is not permitted. If you are unable to attend a class, and you booked by phone, you must cancel your booking by emailing sportstudio@kent.ac.uk no later than 30 minutes prior to the class start time. Online bookings must be cancelled online by the member that made the booking. Your membership account will be limited until outstanding fines for each 'no show' are paid if this procedure is not followed.

Bronze members pay per person, per activity (Student - £4.30, Staff and Public Junior - £5.30, Alumni and Public Adult - £6.30). Class fees are payable at the Sports Centre reception.
