EasterZone

Monday 8 April to Friday 12 April 2019

Fun for children aged five to 14.

Kent Sport has the perfect way to keep your children entertained this Easter holiday, with five days of professional sports coaching, led by qualified and DBS checked coaches and supported by sports supervisors. If your children are aged five to 14 and would enjoy taking part in a variety of sporting activities on a daily basis, including football, kwik cricket, tag rugby, hockey and tennis, then book them on EasterZone!

EasterZone bookings are now being taken. Deadline for applications is Friday 22 March 2019. Book early to avoid disappointment as places are on a first come first served basis. Please contact sportsdevelopment@kent.ac.uk if you have any queries.

Online booking process

You can make your EasterZone 2019 bookings through the online application process. Once you have completed your online booking you will be directed to the University of Kent's Online Store to make your payment. Payment is required in full.

An automated receipt will be sent to your email address to confirm your booking and payment. Further confirmation details will be sent to your email prior to the sports camp starting.

Kent Sport privacy notice - Children's sports camps

Personal data, including health data, supplied by you the parent/guardian on this application form will be used for the purposes of the sports camp. The information supplied by you will be accessed by the camp leader (email sportsdevelopment@kent.ac.uk), health and safety lead and other sports coaches where deemed appropriate. Without this data and your consent, as collected in the application form, Kent Sport are unable to accept any persons onto our sports camp due to Health and Safety.

Your data will also be used to inform you of future Kent Sport promotions and activities, if you have agreed to this on the application form. You can request access to the information held by emailing dataprotection@kent.ac.uk
Kent Sport treats all information gathered with the strictest respect and confidentiality. Information provided to us will only be used for the purposes intended and not disclosed to any third parties unless required to do so by law. All personal information is processed under Data Protection Law.
