Stamping Out Stress with Sports Day at the Beach

On Sunday 28 May, the Sports Development team took 20 University of Kent students to Joss Bay in Broadstairs in Kent Union minibuses for a 'Sports Day at the Beach'! The participants played Petanque, Beach Volleyball, Vortex, Bat and Ball, swam and even tried Stand Up Paddling! Some even played board games, enjoying some fish and chips and a few got an ice-cream! Students Stamp Out Stress with Tag Archery

As part of Kent Sport's Stamp Out Stress programme, the sports development team provided 42 students with the unique opportunity to try archery tag for only £2. The students were put into teams of six and had the opportunity to release stress and awaken their inner warriors.
