Canterbury's C25K sessions are in full swing

Rolling into halfway mark of Kent Sport Couch to 5K (C25K) running group, the group are looking on top form already. Each term, a 12-week course is available to beginners to gently ease those thigh muscle from walking to running in the hopes to be able to run a 5K towards the end! This is week 3 of 12 of the Kent Sport Let’s Play Medway Couch to 5km running group. The group started with three runners and is now growing from strength to strength. The aim is for all the participants to take part in the Great Lines parkrun on Saturday 7 April. There is still time and space for you to join the running club.
