Tour of installations and performances at Fort Amherst

SMFA students create multimedia installations and performances in response to and as explorations of the physical, historical and social contexts of the site, producing an interpretive and immersive tour of the spaces and environs of Fort Amherst. The Fort is a Napoleonic defence system of underground tunnels and above ground deep trench earthworks known as the lines. The choreographed journey through the installations and performances is a public event.
