On Tuesday 7th November, following the opening of our brand new building extension, our special guest speaker Professor Alf Hornborg will present the annual Stirling lecture at the Templeman Library.

Professor Hornborg's lecture, 'Global Magic: Technologies of appropriation from ancient Rome to Wall Street', will challenge us to reconsider the relationship between money, technology, economics and ecology in how we understand and approach the global environmental crisis, exploring the increasing inequalities it generates.

The event is free for all to attend, but please note that entry to the lecture is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Full details of the event can be found here.
