Speaker: Professor Mick Brammer
Date/Time: Wednesday 22 February 2012, 4.00pm
Location: Cornwallis SW101

Abstract

The talk will deal with the following topics. Why permutation testing is useful for brain imaging. What permutation testing is. Simple examples followed by more complex examples. Some results from using both normal theory and permutation testing on brain imaging data. Use of permutation testing to explore statistics hard to test using normal theory methods.
