Research interests

My research focuses on intragroup dynamics; specifically how small groups process information and make decisions (The 'Hidden Profile') and the development and testing of interventions to improve group performance in these tasks. I am also examining how the presence of diversity in groups contributes to - or inhibits - these processes and what type of interventions may positively influence this.
