New Business Soundbites networking series launches on 26 September

A new series of Business Soundbites, the popular informal networking events bringing together regional businesses with University academics and students, launches on 26 September with Breaking down barriers to achieve professional success.

A new series of Business Soundbites, the popular informal networking events bringing together regional businesses with University of Kent academics and students, launches on 26 September with Breaking down barriers to achieve professional success.

This Soundbite, which marks the centenary of the Sex Disqualification (Removal) Act 1919, celebrates five female professionals working in different sectors, who have each broken down barriers to be successful in their careers. The sectors and speakers are:

The event will take place from 17:00 – 20:30 in the Gulbenkian Theatre on the University’s Canterbury campus. It is free but spaces are limited so early booking is recommended via Eventbrite.

Business Soundbites are organised by Kent Business School (KBS) in partnership with Girlings Solicitors and Kent Law School.
