Tristan is a PhD student at Kent Law School under the supervision of Professor Nick Grief and Dr Sara Kendall, researching the Principle of Non-Intervention. 

Research interests

Besides international law and EU law, Tristan's research interests include constitutional and administrative law, comparative law, and the relationships between different legal orders. More broadly, his interests align with the Sustainable Development Goals 2030 and the ‘Declaration on Principles of International Law concerning Friendly Relations and Cooperation among States in accordance with the UN Charter’.
