About

Ha Thanh Truc Nguyen is a PhD student in Management at Kent Business School. She successfully obtained the KBS International Research Scholarship and joined KBS in September 2019, as a PhD student and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant (GTA). She has a Bachelor degree in Business Management from Mikkeli University of Applied Sciences, Finland and an MBA degree from RMIT University, Vietnam.

Truc was working as a Graduate Teaching and Research Assistant in the Asia Graduate Centre, RMIT University, Vietnam for 3 years. In her role, she worked on 2 internal research grant projects gained for RMIT University, Vietnam and 1 external grant project in collaboration with the University of Technology, Sydney. She also worked with other research partners from Edith Cowan University, Western Australia, on a project related to the education of allied health workers. In 2019, Truc worked as a Project Assistant on the RMIT Uplift Project.

Prior to pursuing her academic career, Truc had advertising and marketing experiences in advertising agencies, especially in education.
