The teams within Customer Support co-ordinate Kent's IT and library facilities, services and systems, and provide first-line user support.

 

 

Front-Line Services

We deliver library and IT support and front-of-house services in the Templeman Library.

We offer library lending services and both IT and library support via email, telephone and face-to-face at our Library service desks.
