The teams within Customer Support co-ordinate Kent's IT and library facilities, services and systems, and provide first-line user support.
What they do:
The Front Line Services subsection is responsible for the delivery of library and IT support and front-of-house services within the Templeman Library. These are delivered via the Welcome Desk, the IT and Library Support Desk and the Loan Desk. These services include the delivery of library lending services and the provision of support and advice via email, telephone and face-to-face.
