Accounting and Finance graduates move into a range of careers in the world of business. Many go on to become chartered, certified or management accountants working at top accounting firms, including the 'Big 4' as well as other local, national and international firms.
The degree can also prepare you for a degree in financial services, such as banking, insurance and investment, or in general management.

Ancient History graduates have found jobs in the museum and heritage industry, the civil service, education, archaeological fieldwork, librarianship, journalism, business, computing and marketing.
As an anthropology student, you develop expertise in understanding, interpreting and responding to human behaviour. Recent anthropology graduates have found work in education, social work, town and country planning, advertising, journalism, film production, media research and production (TV and radio), overseas development, relief agencies, international consultancy firms and the civil service.

To qualify as a professional architect, you must follow a specific route of study and work experience. This includes a BA (Hons) in Architecture, a 2-year MArch degree programme, and a total of 24 months of professional experience. You are then eligible to take Part 3 of the ARB/RIBA exams, which leads to full professional registration as an architect.
The BA (Hons) in Architecture provides excellent grounding in architectural knowledge and professional skills. Graduates have gone on to work in well-known architectural practices such as Farrells, Grimshaw, HLM Architects, HOK and Jestico + Whiles.
