Refunds:

Notification of your withdrawal from any Pre-sessional course must be sent by email to the Presessional mailbox (pathways@kent.ac.uk) as soon as you know that you will not be attending the course and prior to travelling to the UK. A £250 administration fee will be retained from your full payment. If your visa has been refused, please also ensure that you forward your visa refusal letter to us as soon as you receive it.

Please note: Attendance on any of our Pre-sessional courses does not guarantee that you will automatically progress onto a main programme of studies with the University of Kent.

Combined CAS:

The University of Kent is trialling a new combined CAS process for certain eligible students who have applied for the 6 week Pre-sessional Course. A ‘combined CAS’ means you will be given a single CAS to cover both your pre-sessional English programme and your main programme of study. Upon receiving your application, the University of Kent will assess whether you are eligible for a combined CAS and if you are sent a combined CAS, the University will provide further details as certain parts of your visa application may change.
