Individuals with right to work in the UK

If you are a UK, EEA or Swiss national you will automatically have the right to work in the UK.  You may also have the right to work if you hold your own visa which permits employment such as a spousal visa or an EEA family member permit.

If you are unsure if you have the right to work in the UK, please visit the Home Office website.

We are required to obtain evidence of a person’s right to work in the UK so although you may be a UK national you will still be asked to produce your documentation.  This may be a passport or other acceptable document as detailed in List A.
