Immigration responsibilities continue for some of our staff throughout their employment with the University. It is important that we comply with our legal responsibilities to ensure visa conditions are met and the University maintains its sponsor licence.
If the University acts as your sponsor we have additional responsibilities which must be met at all times. Although sponsor duties do not apply for staff who hold their own visa, we are required to hold personal details and ensure you continue to hold the correct premissions to work by monitoring your leave to remain.
