We are committed to providing a high quality service which is responsive to our customers’ requirements. With this in mind, we have produced a series of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for a number of key services we provide.
Our SLAs define how we support and work with employees and managers. They agree specific timescales for key tasks and provide a framework to ensure we deliver a consistent, effective and efficient service, whilst managing your expectations.
