The second School of History Research Seminar of the 2017/18 academic year will be presented by School of History Reader Dr Barbara Bombi on the subject of 'The pope as a peace-maker during the first phase of the Hundred Years' War: Some considerations on Late Medieval diplomacy'. A Q&A session and a wine reception will follow Dr Bombi's paper.
