Exercise is good for your physical health and improves your mental health and sense of wellbeing. It can be something you do to have some personal time and space, or a social activity which helps you connect with others. Here are some ideas to help you add exercise into your routine in a cost effective way.

Find something you enjoy

This will help you stick at it. Luckily there’s a wide range of sports clubs you can join at Kent from sailing to skiing. 

Try taking a class

There are also loads of classes at the Sports Centre and you get a discount as a student.  

Join a team or exercise with others

Being part of a group will help keep you motivated and it makes it more fun. 

Make the most of travel time
