Whichever campus or centre you are joining, and whether you are studying on campus or remotely, and full-time or part-time, you’ll be part of our University of Kent community. You’ll learn about your academic subject (or subjects) in real depth, but this is also a chance to learn so much more about yourself and all that you can achieve. Kent is special because we see your academic work and your co-curricular experiences as really closely linked – and we will help you to gain experience through sports and societies, volunteering and employment which will set you on the way to future success.
To take advantage of all this, we only ask one thing of you – get involved! We’ll signpost lots of opportunities, but if it all seems overwhelming, ask the University or Kent Union for help – there is plenty of support on offer. Try new things, be proactive and you’ll get the best out of the amazing experience of being at university. Good luck and have fun!
