The Estates Department provides a number of essential services to the University of Kent and is responsible for managing, maintaining and developing the infrastructure and building fabric of the various campuses.

Customer Services

Parking
Parking at the University is limited and is operated on a permit system. Please visit the page below for further information.
Maintenance
Estates is the home of the Maintenance Team who look after buildings, Electrical, and Mechanical Maintenance on-site.
Design & Print
We offer a complete in-house digital and lithographic service from design through to final product and dispatch.
