The nomination was received from Jon King in the Kent Law School. Jon expressed his gratitude for the efforts made by Charlotte during the refurbishment of the Post Graduate space, Charlotte was efficient, professional and her actions generated customer confidence during the whole process.
In awarding the Customer Services Award the Senior Management Team, acknowledge the impact made to both the Estates Department and the University.
