Meetings and conferences

At the University of Kent campus, we can offer access to a wide range of meetings and conferencing resources including: .

Conference Facilities
Kent has the ability to host events from a meeting of six to an international residential conference of up to 1800. Our professional conference team is dedicated to ensure that every detail is covered to guarantee your event runs smoothly. For more information, visit the Conference Office.

Information Services

Laboratories and equipment

Laboratories and specialist equipment can be accessed via the business development team, along with set up and operation assistance. We offer resources in the following areas:

School of Sports and Exercise Science
The School of Sports and Exercise Sciences has three clinics open to the public. The  PerformanceSports Ready, and Respiratory clinics offer services to help improve performance and recovery and rehabilitation times. Open to the public and run by our students (supported by members of staff) these three clinics give you a chance to work on real-life cases using world-class equipment and implementing the latest ideas.

School of Biosciences
The University of Kent has established several state-of-the-art research facilities in the Department of Biosciences. For more information on the available facillities, visit the Biosciences department website.

School of Engineering and Digital Arts
The School of Engineering and Digital Arts has recently had the opportunity to update its research equipment and facilities; much of our equipment and facilities are available for commercial use. Please visit the School of Engineering and Digital Arts for more information.

The British Cartoon Archive
The British Cartoon archive is a research centre and picture library accessible to outside researchers, authors, teachers, the media and graduate students. For more information, visit the website.

European Documentation Centre
The University of Kent is one of a number of European Documentation Centres set up by the European Commission to provide an information service as part of the European Union system of public information relays. For more information, visit the Templeman Library Website.

Kent Print Collection
The Kent Print Collection was established in the summer of 2005 with the acquisition of fourteen prints by leading figures in the history of printmaking, which are representative of different periods and styles of European art and of the different techniques of printmaking.



Gulbenkian Theatre

Sports Centre
The University's Sports Centre is located in the heart of the Canterbury campus, and operates a sport-for-all policy to encourage everyone to keep fit and healthy.
