This three-week course examines how art has changed the way we see our world and how the artist's role in society has changed. The focus is on art works from the 1920s until now, including works by Otto Dix, Pablo Picasso, Piet Mondrian, Josef Beuys, Rachel Whiteread, Mark Ruwedel and Dara McGrath.
