There's no denying the importance of securing good grades over the course of your psychologydegree. However, as employers now look for more well rounded candidates, it is important toconsider what experience you can gain whilst completing your degree. Voluntary placements canprovide you with fantastic opportunities to gain new skills, knowledge and experience. Furthermore, it allows charities and organisations to have the chance to work with our highly qualified and knowledgeable students. Finally, it provides the School of Psychology with the opportunity to gain new contacts and improve our links with the local community.
