This event is a two day personal/professional development workshop designed to support personal growth, self-confidence and career/life management skills. It is activity-based and highly participative, providing opportunities for students to develop and enhance their selfawareness, self-belief and relationship with others.
This event involves a series of groupwork exercises, each of which explores a different aspect of group and individual human behaviour:
- The Communication Model – how we think/ feel/ behave/ act
- Building rapport with others
- Communication styles
- Managing your state/emotions
- Personality types and group dynamics
- Personal Goal setting
- Each session will come with a full explanation, real life examples and facilitator-led exercise.Helping you to:
- Transform your communication skills
- Create continual self confidence
- Overcome fear of failure
- Build resilience
- Foster long term successful relationships
- Set goals you will achieve
- Succeed at interviews
- Increase your earning potential
- Ascend the career ladder quicker
- Increase business and personal performance
- Achieve fulfilment and happinessRelevant scenarios:
- Attending job interviews and assessment days
- Handling 1:1 meetings with your line manager and/or course tutor/lecturer
- Managing junior staff and/or interns
- Working within a team or project

- Influencing others to get what you want
- Communicating with managers and peers
