The central marketing team are responsible for undergraduate, postgraduate and European marketing. We can also provide market intelligence reports and data. We run various campaigns through-out the year and manage media suppliers on behalf of the University. We work closely with marketing colleagues in International Recruitment, the Graduate School and Corporate Communications.

The central marketing team can advise on the best way to promote both undergraduate and postgraduate courses. We can give advice on how to plan your campaigns, making the most of social media, tips on writing effective marketing copy and analytics to measure the effectiveness of your campaigns. External print and online media
We offer schools the opportunity to take part in the schools marketing packages. Each year the central marketing team analyses Kent’s Google analytics and the performance of paid advertising in the previous year, and then recommends the best student recruitment media opportunities. We can also assist in booking media space to ensure you benefit from the University buying power and receive the best value for money. See the list of suppliers we manage and who the key contact is.
We offer market research analysis to assist in portfolio management, launching new courses and positioning. We can also run focus groups on behalf of schools with new undergraduate and postgraduate students to help you further understand the reasons your school is attracting students to Kent and to better inform you marketing communications.
